The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows

Let's be honest...

The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows.

Even if you make a decision to better your life - to work your way back up when you're on the bottom and to stay positive.

Your demons will follow you.

You can pretend for weeks, even months, that everything is okay - but you will feel it. You're blaming somebody for the past. You're blaming somebody for the situation you are in now. Maybe you are blaming yourself. You feel the anger, the frustration on how life treated you. You are sad, you are mad. You remember John Lennon's quote: "Life is what's happening while you are busy making plans."

People that you thought were your friends don't seem to put themselves in your situation and don't understand your suffering. You are lonely. Are you?

"The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows" speech from Rocky Balboa

[superquote]Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done. Now, if you know what you're worth, then go out and get what you're worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain't you. You're better than that![/superquote]

This is a quote from the movie Rocky Balboa.

What to do when the world ain't all sunshine and rainbows

Now we know what not do do. Pointing the finger doesn't solve anything, unless we're pointing to a responsible person who is not only admitting failure, but offers a genuine solution to a problem. Let me ask you... How much did you see that happen?

I'm not saying you shouldn't put your trust in other people, but if anything life has taught me is that you can't put your trust in other people. It sounds way more bitter than it is actually...

But what you should have realized by now is that life presents you only with problems challenges that you can handle.

So you gotta fight, right?

Naturally you might feel pumped up by Rocky's speech and are ready to fight. But let me tell you that the world has much more experience in trading blows than you have had. So you just can't go in there and expect to win without any tools at hand.

So what is your greatest weapon you possess, when you're broke in a monetary matter, when you have trouble coming your way and everything seems to be against you? Is it your friends and family that either:

• might feel annoyed with you wallowing in self-pity
• offer comforting words
• ignore your problems and make you feel unimportant unintentionally
• No!

It's all you.

To be specific: It is your mind!

Creating sunshines and rainbows with your mind

I noticed, that most of my favorite books as well as movies implement the idea of mind over matter - not so much in sense of psychokinesis, but in responsibility assumption.

The power of the mind are main topics in movies like The Matrix as well as What the BLEEP do we know?

Currently I'm reading the book Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. It's a book I actually have in my possession for quite some time, but just started recently to read. It's a classic text and recommended by many entrepreneurs, business owners, CEOs and rich men and women all over the world. Although released in 1958, its content still applies to modern times. The reason for that is the focus on the primary components for success. You're right: The mind!

However the usefulness of this book heavily depends on the reader. If a reader comes into this book seeking help in a work from home business like the Empower Network, they'll find it. If a reader comes into this book looking for advice for how to get over a rough situation in life, they'll find it. If a reader gets the book needing a confidence booster for making a difficult professional leap, they'll find it.

Training your mind with Empower Network

lesson 1 of the $15k formula of empower network

So if you think about it, how much impact your mind has not only on the perception of the world, but also in the creation process, it should not come to a surprise that the first lesson of the $15k formula is named "Clarity for success" as it talks and teaches about creating your model in your mind for success first, before taking action. This single lesson is worth more than the $997 it costs.

The methods described in that video along with the exercises will enable to set your own path in life. It's not a magic bullet that will kill all your "problems" instantly, but it sure enables you to see those as opportunities for personal growth and therefore make your life more beautiful withsunshine and rainbows.
